This was my first experience with mobile pet grooming and I have nothing but praises to Tina for the fine job she did grooming our two rescue dogs; Molly (an American Eskimo mix), and little Maxie (a Shorty Jack Russell). I was dubious about having Molly's hair cut very short and received some very good advice from Tina about the consequence of this decision and the chance you take of it not growing back in correctly. The dispatcher JoLee was very unprofessional and did not listen to anything I was saying. She cut me off during our conversation, she appeared very unorganized and that I was taking up to much of her time with the questions I had. I went ahead with having my dogs groomed and I could not find another mobile groomer in my area that services dogs my size. I was very impressed with the groomer, she was very polite and kind towards both my dogs! First contact is the first impression though and it was not very good at all.
