Zack is hands down one of the most trustworthy and genuine people I have come across. He responded to my emergency call on Sunday to assist with a sewage overflow event. He performed an extremely detailed diagnosis and found the root cause of the problem effectively. He explained his findings and presented options to me for rectification.
