It was all fantastic, the broker was nice and assisted the process. Until the bank took an amount that was not the repayment amount sold to me buy the broker. I was informed my repayments would be less but they ended up being more. I would never have refinanced if that were the case. Really disappointed and hoping there is some way to cancel.
James and Alyssa were absolutely fantastic to deal with, friendly and responded super quick and thoroughly to my many questions. Really appreciated their service would absolutely use again and recommend .
