It was all fantastic, the broker was nice and assisted the process. Until the bank took an amount that was not the repayment amount sold to me buy the broker. I was informed my repayments would be less but they ended up being more. I would never have refinanced if that were the case. Really disappointed and hoping there is some way to cancel.
