Don't answer calls, don't respond to emails. We've already paid for our mattress, no communication. What's going on?! Went to the shop this morning, build up of mail inside the front door, can't all be due to lock down 😖 just some feedback would be wonderful.
Very good salesman, knows what to say and when to say it to make a sale. We purchased a top of the range king size bed that had a 15 year warranty. We even payed extra to have pull out drawers fitted in the base. After a time we had an issue with the mattress which he said bring it in and he would have it repaired. Did this on his statement that it would be fixed and returned in a couple of days.( He said drop off Tuesday would be returned Friday.)
