We wanted to hire a dunk tank for one day and they said that is would be $690 for 6 hours but the guy we spoke to was really nice
Do not use Aussie Jumping Castles!! They ruined my daughters 2nd Birthday party. I had a jumping castle booked in for 9am and they didn't show up. Didn't answer my calls, text messages or emails until 3pm that afternoon!! I think that is very unprofessional. A simply call or email that morning to say they were not going to deliver it is not asking for much but to not contact me at all is just plain unprofessional.
DANGER ! ... do not use Aussie Jumping Castles - they wrecked my daughters 5th Bday party ... they arrived late and tried to setup during the party .. the two staff then had no idea how to inflate the thing .. after an hour they gave up and left the thing half inflated which was dangerous as kids were trying to climb on it ... I refused to pay and was then physically threatened by the owner ... there were more threats towards the house where my 5year old daughter lives .... until I had to involve the Police which is ongoing ... read more
Horrible and Abusive!!! Avoid at all costs, Have used this company in the past (a year ago) and found the owner to be extremely abusive towards me and my family. I have heard about the new management however still haven't heard anything good about the business. Was EXTREMELY worried and disappointed when I found out the previous owner DID NOT!!! hold a blue card When they had specifically said that ALL Staff held one. I would expect the OWNER of the bushiness to hold a simple document to make sure they were safe around child... read more
