As I was tying my dog up out the front the kind people inside suggested he comes in and stays with them. So he spent half an hour with the lovely Aussie staff while I enjoy a lovely dumpling lunch next door. 5 stars from me, and Milo the Labrador.
A terrible experience for first home buyers. After more than 3 months of back and forth time wasting with Aussie Home Loans Subiaco trying to secure pre-approval, we were given incorrect information and poor support. Our broker, Nathaniel, abruptly left for a ski trip giving us no notice or thought. Still without securing pre-approval or any evidence he was working on our account with banks at all. I went to see Gemma a few times when I started to save money to buy a house up to when I got my mortgage. She was always very helpful, making things clearer, answering all my questions quickly (before and while applying for a loan), helping to find the best deal that works with my circumstances. I definitely recommend going to see her if you think about buying a house.
