I have worked with Olivia a number of times now for different properties. Each time she has been amazing to deal with. I am not the most organised when it comes to the process of getting a loan and she made the process extremely easy and straightforward. She has gone above and belong each time. This is the second time I have used Bec. Previously I negotiated the bank myself then I discovered Bec and it’s gone from an extremely stressful situation to easy. She is always available and handles everything quickly and with a lovely outlook. I wouldn’t do it any other way. I highly recommend her. My daughter uses her as well and now my son. We think the world of her.
