I cannot recommend Graham Oxlade from Aussie Home Loans Alexandria more highly. His knowledge of the banking industry, the contacts he has within the various banking institutions and his commitment to customer service is outstanding. Graham has been my broker since 2020 when I was told by my previous broker that I was too old at 60 years of age for banks to consider my refinancing application. I honestly can’t recommend Aussie Home Loans highly enough, especially David Moodie. After being turned down by 3–4 different brokers who couldn’t get our loan approved, we were starting to lose hope. Then we were lucky enough to work with David, and the difference was incredible. I have no more than gratitude to David and Cristin. We reach out to their branch without previous recommendations and we couldn't have been more surprised with their level of service. Unlike other financial advisors, they were really personal and approachable. Don't know muh about how mortgages go?
