Worst customer service I have experienced. Constantly had to follow up. Its been nearly 2 months since I submitted my application. I've had to follow up about 10 times.
Barry Ross done a fantastic job getting my wife and I into a home loan. He kept us up to date as things progressed forward and guided us when we didn't have a clue what we were doing. Barry didn't waste time and got things moving fast.
