About 6 years ago we put our van into Aussie Escape Caravans to repair a hole in the side. They did a great job. How things have changed. We recently had a water leak from the washing machine in the van which then caused damage to the side wall behind the toilet. Having to remove the toilet to allow removal of the washing machine we decided to put the van into Aussie Escape again thinking they would do a good job. Appalling service. We had a repair done from the manufacturer (Melbourne) that was not completed properly. After recommendation, I called Aussie Escape Caravans and Repairs. Peta, appeared helpful on the phone and told us to bring the van in. We travelled several hundred kilometres to get to them. We then sat for 7 weeks waiting for a quote.
