Took our caravan to Aussie Escapes 30 July in relation to warranty work, we had to email proof of purchase which we did. They were to email us a quote so that we could email the manufacturer. We have followed up on numerous occasions for this quote, our phone calls are never returned we keep getting told the person we need to talk to is on the phone and will call back they never do. Would not recommend. Dropped my van off for hail damage repairs under insurance on July 29, with an agreed completion date by end of August. It wasn’t ready until September 6, which was fine as we still left on time. However, when I got home, I found the solar panels, hatches, and picnic table had not been replaced, and there were noticeable dents on the van. Had a request to look at my gas stove still under warranty . 5 minutes and the verdict : will take more than 3 weeks to get response from Swift. That opinion cost $60. No Qoute just to look at the damage. Should be happy as they were expecting $120 for the opinion
