The place has horrible elevators that stopped working while we were in it, we were only given one key when we had 4 staying in the room and you need the key to be able to use the elevator. The pool and spa was extremely dirty with dirt built up on the walls, the changing rooms and toilets had horrible privacy and you could see when someone was on the toilet, the door didn’t lock properly and has a window in line with the mirror so you can see in.
