The best company to deal with whilst under stress of a break in. Very polite and efficient. They attended to our breakage within 2 hours of a phone call on a Saturday. Very grateful Thankyou guys

Staff I dealt with , Luke nice who took original call, Jo Receptionist lovely. And the guys who did initial measure up and the final install were great. Thanks everyone. Only gave 4 not 5 because communication was a bit one-sided. And no emailing available only texting. But looks great thanks. Would recommend . In all fairness it is very busy with repairs and installs plus the weather doesn't help.

I am deeply disappointed with Aussie Emergency Glass. I booked their services and explicitly mentioned that I was available throughout the week, expecting a professional and timely response. Unfortunately, they never showed up during the agreed-upon week. There was a complete lack of communication from their end, and I received no courtesy call or update about the delay or rescheduling. I called them at approx 730 in the morning and they booked me in for 3pm for a emergency window repair at home. Rep on the phone was lovely. I go about my day then receive a call from the scheduler at 1230 saying they weren't doing jobs today due to flooding. Yes some roads were flooded in the morning but after explaining there was clear access to my house from the highway, no water over any roads anymore etc she said she would talk to the boss and let me know. The customer service that I have just received from Di regarding a emergency job that was put through yesterday was absolutely appalling. After receiving spending an extremely stressful day trying to find a trades person available on the sunshine coast to do emergency repairs I finally had some luck with your company. The fact that the person that I spoke to on the after hours call service did not provide the correct information at the time is not your customers fault.
