Beware: do not let your wife, mother, or girlfriend deal with this company. They take advantage of vulnerable people off. We only chose them because they promised next-day service, but they failed to show up twice over two days. He finally showed up on the third day after wasting our time. He verbally stated $502.81, to begin with but when I refused, he dropped it to $289.17 not even stating this was inclusive of GST. Three other plumbers quoted a lower price. Service was poor. Was falsely promised more expert and extensive testing and reporting, when the plumber could not actually provide that service. Plumber could not recreate a leak that a previous plumber had did, did the exact same test, then said they could not find any issues. Called afterwards to try to talk about their services further and again was promised to have my case passed on, but never heard back. Do not recommend.

The worst service you can experience,on friday called them for urgent service and paid for the call out fee. The plumber showed up on Friday and advice that he will be back the next day after he get the materials. He was supposed to show up at 10am Saturday but he didn't then he said he will come at 11(as he said he is running late as he is getting the materials)and also he didn't show up,tried to call him many times no answer he called around 3-4pm telling me he is coming on the way no one was at home he apologized and he t... read more
