Tried returning something that I brought the day before that wasn’t what I needed for work . Omg. It was a nightmare trying to get a refund. Told him I paid with my card on the phone. Didn’t believe me. I had the receipt I even showed him the credit card statement and Still didn’t believe me. After 15 mins the boss came out and said she didn’t want to argue about it. Drove for 4 hours. Thought I'd take the lead out and visit while on the way to my destination. Shop was shut due to a town public holiday. Bit of a disappointment that the website times couldn't of been updated, but cant fault the store itself for that.
I knew which work boots I wanted, found them listed Online at Albury Aussie Disposals. In store a great fella who knew his stuff helped, I paid $10 less than I originally saw as the price, and walked out with new boots feeling like a kid on xmas day !! Excellent transaction ! Thanks folks, Annie P.
