Very helpful staff, knowledgeable about products. Efficient service. Great range of items hard to find anywhere else in Melbourne
Bought a collection of wet weather gear and had it shipped to WA. Unfortunately the rain suit for our 2 year old didn't fit correctly. Measurements on the website were correct but crotch to shoulder length wasn't enough. Marie was very helpful in organising an interstate exchange and a week later we had the next size. Fantastic range and service.
