Went in today looking for a sluice and some equipment, the minute we walked in Ryan greeted us and sorted us quickly and gave us tips and made sure we left confident in setting up a sluice. His instructions helped get gold on my first attempt and he even let us in on new gear upcoming and we are grateful to have ran into him at the shop over anyone else. Highly recommend especially when there is Ryan with elite customer service skills.
