Purchased a radiator and fan combo for almost 2k and it leaked from multiple points as soon as it held coolant. Sent pictures to norm. Was told to get local quotes or travel hours to someone he knows. After giving rough quotes from shops in my area and just requesting a return for refund. He is now ignoring me. Since then ive looked closer and found other shaby work on it. Such a shame.
After 2.5 years (on and off) of trying to diagnose an overheating problem with my 1967 390ci Mustang I had a long talk with Norm, he built a 2 core alloy radiator and sent it to me, unfortunately this radiator didn't fit as my radiator support panel had been modified. After further discussion I return the radiator and Norm rebuilt it, we have fitted this radiator, it fits better than the reproduction triple core brass/copper radiator I had and it works perfectly. Thanks Norm for all your help. My radiator that I bought from these guys at this year's Nats show didn't fit my XE. It was 30mm to tall. With no hassel or complaints Norm instructed me to send it back and happily customised the build to fit my car. Couple of phone calls and some text messages to communicate the problem and all was soughted. Thanks guys
