Alyssa responded promptly to my request for a quote & was on site a few hours later. Her professional advice was spot on, and Sam & the team did a brilliant job dealing with a fallen tree. A very tidy cleanup followed. I highly recommend the Eager Beaver team.

I am very happy with Alyssa and her team. Alyssa was very prompt and professional when coming out to discuss what was required and then to send me the quote. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the team and their consciousness for safety of all involved. They completed the task really well and left my yard in a tidy state. I would definitely use this team again if ever I required some branches to be removed in the future.

a representative came to quote on a job , they provided a quote and this was acceptable . We then needed to book a date so several emails and phone calls ensued and we were eventually told that they would attend our property at 1pm on a specified day. We waited all day for them and they did not show up. No apology - no followup. We have since attempted to contact them for an explanation - the phone calls are unanswered as are the emails.
