AVOID!!!! Bought internal canopy support brackets from their eBay store. Had lightning fast responses when enquiring about a product. After I bought it and it was delivered I found it required me to cut out pieces of my existing canopy to fit their product which would have compromised the integrity of the canopy. As soon as I wanted to return the item for a refund, I never received a response. I paid $50 to have this 17kg package returned and the courier attempted 3 different days to deliver and was rejected. I will never order from these people again as I tried to order something for my car witch was okay but there insurance people have charged me double the price as apparently the money hasn't gone threw to them when my bank said it has and also asking me to transfer more I find abit stuiped
I was locked in his factory and physically assaulted, punched in the face, simply because he didn’t want to adjust a faulty roof rack that he had installed a week earlier. He ask me to come in to have it altered and then demanded l pay a second installation fee of $450, completely gaslit my every word, yelled at me and spoke over me the entire time and then proceeded to put his hands all over me.
