Poor installation works and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. In Feb 2022 we had AusRoof Capalaba removed our old pergola and installed a new patio, however few days later, we had water ingress issues from the heavy rain as they didn't seal the roof properly so water came in thru the ceiling to our master on-suite, dining room and living room. I’m very impressed with the team at Aus Roof. Communication was consistent and thorough. Any problems that arose the owner Andrew was quick to solve. The quality of the deck & how it looks is amazing! I chose this company based off of their good reviews and can confirm them to be true. 5/5 stars!
Worked well with the unique nature of meeting our requirements - certainly listened to our desires. Installation team professional, polite, easy to work with, worked hard and efficiently. Very happy with final product and improvement to our outdoor living area - looking forward to Summer season - thanks AusRoof team.
