So AusRehab sent me to a doctor so I could begin my workcover claim. I paid $250 for this doctors service.. Yes $250… only to then be told by workcover, and the doctor after they took my money, that this doctor cannot do the official Workcover paperwork. Refund was denied.. Absolute SCAM
The team at AusRehab have been amazing in everything they have done to help me with searching for a new Job From the assisting staff to my case manager Paulo for job searching. Just wanted to say thank you for everything.
She was late to the call, read all my reports prior to it and still asked me all the same triggering dumb questions, I felt like I was in an interrogation, checking to see if I would stick to my story. Would not recommend. Workcover and their employees aren’t they’re to help you they’re there to get you out of the system as quick as possible they don’t care about you and think everyone is lying
I want to thank the ladies at helping me and the lovely lady who called me back and to Anna You took the time to listen and help me in my journey and to put me in touch with a lovely gp. I'm so ever grateful
My case manager Young, went above and beyond to help me in my recovery. He was professional and caring, without the help From Aus-rehab/Young my recovery may of been longer.
