Aus Rehab specifically luke who I spoke to was so proactive and easy to deal with when I needed help finding a GP that understands the workers comp rules and supports available. they had organised a GP in Sydney with within 24 hrs, who was so knowledgeable and gave me the supports I was told weren't achievable. I have now changed my rehab provider to Aus rehab and they are now supporting me after 12 months of minimal help, direction and engagement from my original allocated rehab and clinicians.
It was first time in my life and knew nothing about how to handle it. But when you need help AusRehab was there. Thanks AusRehab! Special thanks Rachita!
