Great location great service
I purchased a $39780.00 (end price) excavator on August 11 2025. I requested a thumb be added at a price oc 3000 extra. Today is August 26 and I have yet to see delivery. The sales department has been extremely difficult to contact. Their excuse is that they have not received the thumb to install. It seems to me that I am able to order an aftermarket thumb from Amazon and have it in 2 days. My level of disappointment in Kubota dealers has been confirmed.
Excellent dealership. Good selection, and service.
