My experience with this company was awful. I do not recommend them.
AusNorth is not even worth a 100th of a star. Contracted by our Insurer for a straightforward repair, a "three day job" has now turned into 27 WEEKS, and is still ongoing, due to a lot of further damage to our house and contents caused by their incompetent "Trades", but I have banned the company and their contractors from our property as of today. I will NEVER forgive them for the stress and hurt they caused to my (now late) husband and I through their sheer incompetence and lack of integrity.
Contracted through an insurance company and were incompetent to say the least. I challenged the response from Ausnorth and never got a response. Decided to jump on here and see their reviews and I’m not surprised at all the disappointment. Had a look at the testimonials on their website and all cherry picked 5 star reviews. Seems like only insurance companies will give them work.
Still waiting on a reply from you guys! You said my work on my house was going to start in october, but now it’s “starting” in december. you guys are a joke. Need some work on your organisation, and replying to your bloody emails. Don’t make promises if you can’t withhold them, don’t ever go to Ausnorth for anything, ever. useless.
