It’s hard to find the words to describe the devastation we have experienced with the service provided by Ausnorth. Ausnorth were completely incompetent and unable to reasonably manage any aspect of our project. Approximately a couple of weeks worth of work was turned into a six month ordeal with issues at every stage. Ausnorth has probably cost me more in damages than the job was worth.
Ausnorth Construction was contracted by a Insurance company to carry out work at my home. It took approximately 4 months of broken promises to get to fix some minor damage in a built in wardrobe that I have since completed in one day. When Ausnorth sent their tradesman to do the work it was so bad we sacked them from site and requested the insurance assessor return to inspect.
