Helpful, knowledgeable and patient staff including the receptionist, the nurse and the Doctor who I saw. Everything was organised and straightforward and they communicate so well and professionally and helped solve a technical issue I had with a script. Would recommend and will go back.
Receptionists were friendly and welcoming. Dr. Ong was very helpful, asked thorough questions regarding medical history. Great bedside manner.
The female doctor was very caring and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
