Quick fixed by Tony, very friendly. Issue was fixed which I wasn't aware about the darkness of camera view along with hard drive issue and set great settings in NVR.

I purchased a HiLook CCTV system 10 months ago from tony, which he matched the prices online. had a hard drive fail which I took to him and replaced on the spot. Then I started having dramas with the HiLook NVR itself so I called tony he wasn’t at the shop but he met me there that day, upgraded to a HikVision NVR and it is worth the extra money, tony has been great to deal with highly recommended.
