We used Aushomes to build an SDA house for us in 2020 during the height of the COVID lockdowns . We’ve done multiple builds and renovations before and since and I can honestly say it was the most stress-free build we’ve ever had . The build was completed in time and on budget with no fuss. Our contact was Mel and she was efficient and pleasant to deal with during the process. We've had no issues with the house in the five years since it was built. Highly recommend Aushomes! I recently completed a dual occupancy build with Aushomes, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Worst builder I have ever used. Don't waste your time and money with them.
I have just completed my second investment property build with Aushomes. My first was in the middle of Covid 19 and ok we experienced a few small delays, but they honored my contract price and the build was completed in a timely manner. I cant fault this company in any way, from Josh and Brett in management to the ladies in construction admin, the communication has always been great, I have found the quality of workmanship and the trades above average.
