Went to turn on my heter for the first time this winter and it didn't work. Steve sorted it the same day for me. I was expecting to wait a week so very happy customer.

Steve did our service and replaced a spare part, because he seemed nice and trustworthy I didn’t even ask how much a service would be, trusting that he’d be fair ($200 from 2 previous gasfitters), but the final bill was close to $1000 (half of this for a service which was really just a dust out and glass clean).
