I’m leaving this review to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. Unfortunately, my interaction was more than disappointing. Communication was unclear. I would strongly recommend ensuring you receive a written quote rather than relying on verbal agreements, as having a clear paper trail is important when dealing with this company.

Outstanding Service from Ausgas Appliance! Ausgas Appliance Service truly deserves five stars! I was thrilled when Steve, the owner and technician, was able to come out so promptly. Went to turn on my heter for the first time this winter and it didn't work. Steve sorted it the same day for me. I was expecting to wait a week so very happy customer.
