I came in to fix my IPad mini 6th generation as I went to a few different places while I was visiting Melbourne but they offered no solution I came to this store and the owner who was very helpful and friendly was able to help me eradicate the issue. He also offered me a free screen protector with my purchase which was very generous of him. Thanks again I’ll definitely be returning!

Amazing customer service! Had my iPhone screen broken and was given several options on how I could get it fix that would fit within my budget, the owner was very lenient and understandable not only that, they were very quick and efficient with their work. Ensuring that I was 100% satisfied with the repair, leaving me with a big smile and would definitely come back again if I had any iPhone/laptop problems!! 10/10 amazing work!

Popped in to enquire about getting my phone battery replaced. The owner gave it a look and said what it would cost, but asked me first about my phone usage. Turns out I charge my battery incorrectly by leaving it urged in to charge overnight. He said he could replace the battery but that it would just be better to modify my usage as the battery isn't that bad.
