I have so far had a great experience with Ausbuild mainly thanks to Sophie at the Northside branch. She has been so professional kind and helpful. After adding everything we could possibly need we last minute changed our entire plan, and Sophie was nothing short of incredible. Helping us find a new plan, add in what we needed and changed things to really customise/tailor it for our needs. Sophie has made the entire build experience feel so easy. We can’t wait to see our house come to life.
Andrew has been a pleasure to work with. He’s been very transparent and responsive through the whole process. He’s worked with us through all our design changes and answered all the questions we sent his way. Thank you for your helpfulness Andrew!
