AVOID AT ALL COSTS If Ausbuild built your house, get an independent builder to review it prior to handover. Retaining wall was missing approximately 6m from its bottom rows. They just left holes there so half of my land slipped away during storms. That was a $25k fix, 20+ tonne of dirt needed to replace what slipped away. Patio slab was starting to go with it, would have been a nightmare scenario just because these lazy cowboys wanted to save $120. I can not recommend Andrew Gardner more highly. He has a great knowledge, very approchable and has made the whole process very enjoyable. Andrew is very personable and a pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend anyone looking in the area to see him. No task is too hard and is very accommodating with making changes I am looking forward to keeping in touch throughout the upcoming stages.
