Thanks Andrew for your advice and transparency during my land selection & quote on my new home build with Ausbuild.
Even tho I havnt done Building with them.. after living in a house built by them I wouldnt be getting a house built by these guys.. Just point out some works not up to spec tiles are cracking on the patio due that work wasnt done right. Further to that replied below.. they dont take responisibly.. stating that products fail over the time .. outside builders control.. however it wasnt laid correctly in the first place..... what do you call that..
