Most reliable auto repair shop we have ever used. Reasonable, honest and friendly. They stand behind there work, they are prompt and easy to deal with.
We have at least 8 of our cars that have been serviced here. We love the staff and the pricing. Turn around is pretty quick with an appointment. A real gem in Gallatin!!
A truly honest mechanic! Took my vehicle in there for some new brakes and they never tried to upsale me on anything I didn’t need- which seems to be rare these days at other mechanics. My car was done In a timely manner and I will be going back there with any future care troubles! Thanks, Trey & Team!!
The technician reviewed everything with me before the work was done and explained everything in detail. Work was completed at the amount the technician discussed with me.
Highly recommend. I had my truck that wouldn’t start towed to Ausbrooks. I was desperate to get it back asap to cart around the grandkids. They replaced the starter and got my truck back to me the same day!! They really saved the day for me and the grands. Very fair, honest, and friendly.
