We bought a 2013 Focus from a sweet older couple for our College age Son to drive because they had Paperwork showing a Full, Brand New Transmission replacement done by this Shop. Ms. Carnahan assured us should there ever be an issue, they would honor the 3 Year/Unlimited Mile Warranty. Well, less than a year later our Son calls panicked from Clarksville (we are in Dickson) that the Car was making a HORRIBLE shrieking and wasn't shifting. Great company to do business thats, honest and strait forward. I had a major oil leak on my F250, which I thought was gonna cost me thousands of dollars, they pinpointed the leak and fixed it for a lot less than I was expecting. I appreciate their honesty and great work, I will be doing business with company from now on. I also have 3 other diesel trucks that always need something.
