I just dont have anything good to say. We got panels put on over a year ago and it was just a nightmare......slow, unresponsive, and eventually when they did get put on, we got a letter saying we needed to get them checked coz the supplier and installer was dodgy.....luckily an independant electrcian confirmed install was ok but a cost that shouldnt of had to happen, sorry but cant recommend them...
Dodgy company. They installed solar system in 2023. Not the whole system is off and I am trying to contact them their numbers are off and emails are not in use. Please stay away from those scammers especially David and Chris.
On 22 April 2025, I was contacted by Ian Singh, calling from India, representing Aus-Brite Solar Pty Ltd. He pressured me into paying a $50 “refundable” deposit for a limited-time solar deal. After payment, I received a contract loaded with hidden charges like account setup fees, account keeping fees, and other undisclosed costs that were never mentioned in the call. Promised a refund for a deposit after they cancelled a solar job on us. 27 messages, 6 emails and 3 phone calls later - still no refund. EDIT: A stack more calls made, messages sent and emails sent since my review. Still no reply! Consistent theme in the reviews of others. Time to engage the Ombudsman.
