Dodgy company. They installed solar system in 2023. Not the whole system is off and I am trying to contact them their numbers are off and emails are not in use. Please stay away from those scammers especially David and Chris.
On 22 April 2025, I was contacted by Ian Singh, calling from India, representing Aus-Brite Solar Pty Ltd. He pressured me into paying a $50 “refundable” deposit for a limited-time solar deal. After payment, I received a contract loaded with hidden charges like account setup fees, account keeping fees, and other undisclosed costs that were never mentioned in the call. Promised a refund for a deposit after they cancelled a solar job on us. 27 messages, 6 emails and 3 phone calls later - still no refund. EDIT: A stack more calls made, messages sent and emails sent since my review. Still no reply! Consistent theme in the reviews of others. Time to engage the Ombudsman.
This company was not good to deal with. Their communication (lack of communication) is disgusting. We have referred friends of ours but never will again. Stay away from this company They do not follow through with what they say and do not care about doing the right thing with their customers
