This is nothing like a normal mattress store. Everyone was really knowledgeable, friendly, genuinely enthusiastic to be there including the young guy who did the delivery and just came out with "this is the best place I've ever worked!" totally unprompted. This is an example of why local businesses should be supported. They are totally transparent about the products unlike the big store brands which go to great lengths to hide the details of what's inside. A frustrating experience with an overrated mattress So you have issues with fatigue and/or insomnia and/or you really value high quality sleep, so you do a bunch of research on mattresses, maybe come across Karl's comments on Reddit, settle on hybrid latex mattresses and conclude that you can justify buying an extremely expensive mattress from Ausbeds. What an old school business model! Imagine this: A high-quality product, top notch service, a hands-on owner and sold at a reasonable price. Feels like the late 20th century!
