Great customer service, and these guys are very easy to communicate with.
For years, I struggled with chronic shoulder pain from sleeping on my side. My attempts to fix it with a wedge pillow just led to new rib and lower back pain. Every aspect of this business went the extra mile for me and my wife. We recently moved to Australia and had not a piece of furniture. We were sure we'd be sleeping on the floor in our new place but Ausbeds came to the rescue! The lady at the front desk gave us a rundown of what they had and let us shop ourselves. Zero pressure just great customer service. Then hearing that we were bedless she called her boss and made same day delivery happen. The delivery guy was amazing as well. I cannot recommend this place enough!
The best mattress we have owned! Karl was very helpful and knowledgeable. Answered any questions that we had and explained everything thoroughly. Even though they couldnt promise an exact delivery time (which is completely understandable) they were still able to deliver the mattress at my desired time. They set everything up aswell! Would recommend to anyone looking for a mattresses. 10/10!!!
We bought the Ausbeds Aurora 7 from the Marrickville showroom in August 2025 and we absolutely love it. The mattress has great support and feels airy and comfortable. I really like the adjustable layers that let you fine-tune the firmness. Such a clever idea! Karl, the owner, took the time to explain how he designed and built the bed, and you can really tell the thought and quality that went into it.
