Excellent bed and excellent service. We’ve had our bed for a few months now and we could not be happier. We got the perfect mattress for us for a fraction of what we could have paid had we gone for a “big brand”. The mattress is sturdy and comfortable. Service at the store and afterwards was fantastic: informative and follow up was great. Highly recommend!
I can thoroughly recommend Ausbeds. Unfortunately health issues make it impossible for me to find the perfect mattress but Ausbeds and particularly staff member Nicky have gone out of their way to be kind and helpful. I live up four flights of stairs with no lift and for a nominal sum their friendly team delivered my new mattress right into my bedroom and installed it on my bed. We purchased a Cloud a couple of months ago, Nicki was an absolute gem to deal with. We appreciate being given ample time to try the various mattresses on offer in the showroom so we could find the right one for us. Delivery was prompt, with helpful assistance provided on the day. The mattress is extremely comfortable! The only question is will it hold up longterm? I hope so, because I've never slept better. Thanks Karl, Nicki and the Ausbeds team.
The bed is of fantastic quality. Materials are great, no chemical smells. The team was super helpful. Best mattes I’ve ever owned .
Bought our mattress last October and felt compelled to write a review because last night I had to sleep on a shite mattress, and it made me appreciate my Ausbed mattress. It was the best investment I’ve ever made and felt good knowing we were supporting a local business. My partner’s favourite part was there was no annoying sales pitch which we experienced at other stores, they let the products speak for itself.
