My last mattress, although good quality was extremely uncomfortable. I found it really difficult trying to find a suitable mattress to replace it until I came across Ausbeds. Nikki was really understanding and gave quite a bit of her time customizing a mattress that was going to give me support and also much needed pressure relief. My new mattress does just that and it is sooooo comfortable. Thanks Ausbeds for a great night sleep... finally!
We are very happy with our Cloud mattress and cannot recommend Ausbeds enough! Picking a mattress has always felt like a guessing game based on a quick trial at the shops, but with Nicky’s advice and a quick component change at home we were able to get to the perfect firmness. Such a clever design! The customer care we received was simply great, despite the pre-Christmas madness. Thanks Nicky and Dani :)
An awesome company to deal with from start to finish. Nikki was patient, super helpful and made as feel comfortable (literally!) through out. A lot of thought had gone into the design of the mattress - very comfortable and made on site. Delivery was on time, easy, friendly and efficient. Can't wait to start enjoying the new mattress and we have the confidence that it can be adjusted for us if not quite right. Thank you!
