Hi, I'm Karl, founder, owner, and operator of ausbeds. Since 2012 I've been nerding out on mattresses. It's become a bit of an obsession, I bought all the equipment to make them, and I redesigned them so they could be fully upgradeable, and fixable. I basically sorted out all the annoying things you hate about mattresses. If you come to Marrickville you'll be able to see us making them in the factory. After purchasing a mattress a few years ago from Ausbeds, I wanted to make it softer. I contacted them via email and Karl called me same day! We talked through some options, and within a few days - they came out and replaced my springs, rebuilding my mattress to provide the perfect level of softness! Their mattresses are amazing, but their customer service is next level! 15/10 Thanks Karl and team!!

Loving my new aurora bed 5 nights in. Mattress is super comfy! Ausbeds have been fantastic throughout, from our first visit to the showroom they were really informative and patient, right through to delivery and set up, even post delivery checking in to see how everything is going.
