Disappointing after sales service. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and shortly after purchase had a headlight issue involving significant moisture/water ingress. I had contacted the dealership about the issue earlier and did not receive a response. Toyota later accepted the headlight replacement under warranty (showcasing it was not roadworthy), but I was left with a $484 out of pocket charge for bull bar (already in the car on purchase) removal/reinstallation required to complete the repair. Excellent service, I purchased a 2022 Hyundai staria in excellent condition at a very fair price, I traded in my 2018 Kia carnival and got a good price, I was treated very well with no sales pressure at all, (considering i usually dress like a poor tramp). After a short test drive we did the the deal, I said goodby to my lovely older Kia, paid the difference with my bank card and then drove away in my new 2022 Spacia.
