Took my car there four pink slip the mechanic looked at it straight up said wouldn't pass I asked why two different size wheels I tried to explain he said I don't need you to explain I wouldn't pass it he was so rude arrogant because I tried to explain my right front wheel the five wheel bolt snapped that's why the wheels are on there it wouldn't take the time to listen shut me down straight up you don't talk to your customers that way how many on a DSP and I'm already in a bad place all you have to come and say was no sorry... read more

Took my car in this morning and it needed major work. I explained that I needed to attend an appointment at Westmead early tomorrow morning. The mechanic said he would do his best. The car was ready this afternoon! That's empathy and professionalism. Highly recommended.
