Terrible call center rude unprofessional not welcoming...
Removing my prostate was horrible when I was told by Dr Berger that it was cancerous and needed removal, I was sadden and grateful for a chance to live, but he never told me that I would lose the use of my bladder and my libido I was severely incontinent and impudent for years, I didn't feel like man wearing diapers everyday , then Dr Berger referred me to Dr Kim who had a surgical fix for my incontinence by implanting a device called a Artificial Urinary Sphincter, I jumped at the chance to be diaper free he said it would l... read more
They take no accountability at all sherita thr office manager allows her call center staff to hang up on people when asked why they are listed for the insurance she says they never accepted it so why would you not take further steps to fix this bad business
My mom was told to come in to get her cathetar fixed. All they did was flush the cathetar. We were told by the doctor to come in because we were having issues. Come back in 2 weeks to see the doctor. Not happy.
M.D Ike is a great doctor and cares about his patients. Highly recommend.
