About this business
Aus Fit is a specialised inclusive fitness program for children aged 5-16 years. We aim to cater for children of all fitness levels, abilities and needs. Our aim is to educate and empower children about the importance of regular fitness and good nutrition to develop and nurture strong bodies and minds. We build confidence and self esteem in children during our programs with fun and motivating fitness sessions. Children learn multiple skills and activities with various equipment and enjoy making new friends.

This was our first time and my 9 year old son LOVED using the fitness equipment and challenging his body. He wants to come back. Kylie was very kind and encouraging.
AusFit is a great place to take your kids to get into fitness. The environment setup is pretty good as it has everything that kids can use in the bootcamp class. Kylie the instructor is amazing with the kids, she is super fun, kind, patient and makes each and every child feel comfortable and makes sure that they all have fun and she also focuses on each child's individual needs.
