Waste of time and money, will pick the stupidest stuff but ignore gigantic cracks. Trailers goes in 1 week an comes out with new issues the next. Went to register a vehicle and had nhvr at vicroads grill them for missing stuff. Go elsewhere.
Incompetent, not sure how they are lvts. Failed a brake test, was told needed new brake proportion valve, had it changed but it failed again. Failed because the tester failed to realise the rear brakes very completely gone and I was told to fix something that would not make a difference at all. Then told me I didn’t fix anything? Some how failed to miss that all 4 tyres were fully cracked and not in rwc condition and the rear brakes were fully gone. Picked a bunch of useless things. Great office staff.The workers on the floor looked a bit strange though.
Auden has been looking after Vault Document Destruction since 2020 for all RWC and we find the the team very helpful and accomodating . Highly recommend
