My Daikin failed and I replaced it with a Mitsubishi Heavy Industries 10kw Lite with the matching ceiling cassette. Jarrod and Liam swapped out the system efficiently, leaving no mess. The installers were polite, friendly and answered any questions I had. Neil did the quote and recommended this ac. We chose AusChill as we wanted 3 Mitsubishi Domestic split cycle units with ceiling cassettes in our new home. Neil was very prompt and professional in quoting and and arranging fittingǰ. There was an unavoidable delay sourcing 2 of the units, but their update communications were consistent and accurate. Workmanship very good. Staff and attitudes were lovely.

Saw one of your staff stop on a busy road, get out and abuse a woman in her car with kids. This was after he ran a give way sign and she honked him. I would not want an abusive man like that in my home doing any sort of works.
