My air con unit was not working properly so got these guys to come out and diagnose the problem. The technician was a nice and chatty guy who did in fact find what the problem was and said they will source the part and quote us for it, and then... nothing. No email (I was also checking the spam folder), no phone call, nothing. I called them a week later to follow up and they said "We'll talk to your technician and get onto that quote for you", and again... nothing. My Daikin failed and I replaced it with a Mitsubishi Heavy Industries 10kw Lite with the matching ceiling cassette. Jarrod and Liam swapped out the system efficiently, leaving no mess. The installers were polite, friendly and answered any questions I had. Neil did the quote and recommended this ac. We chose AusChill as we wanted 3 Mitsubishi Domestic split cycle units with ceiling cassettes in our new home. Neil was very prompt and professional in quoting and and arranging fittingǰ. There was an unavoidable delay sourcing 2 of the units, but their update communications were consistent and accurate. Workmanship very good. Staff and attitudes were lovely.

Saw one of your staff stop on a busy road, get out and abuse a woman in her car with kids. This was after he ran a give way sign and she honked him. I would not want an abusive man like that in my home doing any sort of works.
