Initially a lift was put on our land cruiser and they put the wrong size on. Had to waste more time taking the car back for them to fix it, they didn’t even realise, we noticed and brought it to their attention. Recently we had a service done on the car and one part of the suspension was placed upside down and was now damaged. This is going to cost us hundreds of dollars to fix and replace. Would not recommend going to them unless you want them to do a terrible job that will cost you more money and time to fix.
AUS 4WD Equipment in Port Hedland / TJM, provided fantastic customer service. The staff was incredibly helpful, though we couldn't make the purchases we had in mind due to limitations with our vehicle's weight capacity. Their service, however, was commendable, and we appreciated their assistance.
Great customer service advice and support. Had old rack removed, roof bars fitted, awning and lights refitted. All on time, on budget and to the highest standard. 🙂
