Worst experience at a medical facility I ever had. First off, we sent orders 2 weeks before the CT scan to make sure everything was approved. They called us and confirm that everything was good to go so we showed up at 8 AM today and found out that they lost the paperwork and did not approve anything through insurance and it took two hours for them to figure this out so we didn't even get the CT scan done. The staff was completely unprofessional and it offered no solutions. We will not be coming back here ever again.
