Aurum is a beautiful building, very well maintained and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The well designed community room and terrace are a wonderful asset during the warmer months. The gym is clean, comfortable and provides a great view on the surroundings neighborhoods. I truly recommend it.

Worst building management I've dealt with. Cindy esp was such a pain to communicate with. Never again. Resident's dogs pee in front of the door causing a constant odor but they'll rather chase after petty grievances. The building super is a noob and plays favorites. The building itself is pretty ordinary and the corners surrounding it are sus in terms of security. Tenant almost got robbed a few weeks before we left.
