Late review, Ms. Aurora did a fabolous job restringing two of my necklackes that had snapped. One was a Tiger's Eye Mala and another was a Black tourmaline with Lava Rock and Hematite. It only took a week for her to do both and they both were restored so well. I was so happy the day I walked out with both necklaces.
