Luis and his team have done several jobs for us in two of the houses we have lived in. Every job has been completed to the highest standard with a very respectful team. Most recently, they installed an air conditioning system, which was up and running without a hitch in the time specified and to a very high standard. We couldn’t be happier with the work!
Louis and his team were fantastic. Very professional in the way do business. They installed central airconditioning and removed a gas furnace and solar appricus system from the roof. They worked into the evening to get the job done. Very happy with the job.
Luis and his team have now carried out work for us on multiple rooms in our house over the last 3 years. Can’t recommend him high enough. Lovely person.
I have been dealing with AuroraFM for many years and they have always been impeccably prompt, reliable and thorough in their workmanship. Such a big difference to the previous plumber. Today, AuroraFM attended to my failed hot water system and blocked drain within half a day, kept me up to date of their arrival time, communicated very clearly what the problems were and advised me on what to do in future to minimise recurrence of the problem.
