I have had nothing but wonderful and outstanding experiences with this office. From the receptionist, MA and the provider. Eugenia always listens to my needs, she understands and helps in every way she can. She truly is an amazing provider highly recommend this office!

I was a patient at aurora womancare for many years. I started a new job and therefore new insurance. For an entire year I went to various appointments at Aurora Womancare, and every time they took my insurance and charged me the 30 dollar copay. At the end of the year (and 750 dollars of visits later) they informed me that the insurance had not been going through. They could have told me MONTHS before that my insurance was not covering the office visits. Do not recommend this office.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am so disappointed with this practice. I called twice and was advised that a nurse or the doctor would call me back. I received no call back. I called again a third time with questions about my lab results and was advised that the results were sent to me through email. I am not a doctor to understand the lab report. Dr. Florina Mata has been very unprofessional, and rude! I would not recommend this practice to anymore!

I can't believe how far this office has sunk in the recent years. I've been seen there for over 20+ years. My company 'now' offers a bonus in your HSA if you complete your wellness checks. Dental, Vision, Woman stuff, etc. I brought the form in to have it "dated and initialed/stamped" to show I have had mine completed. The Effin doctor doesn't have to complete it for F sake. I was told to make an appointment and there would be a charge. Are you kidding me?!! You want me to pay to have a one minute task completed!! What the e... read more
