Lovely receptionist and my PA was good. However, since she’s went out on maternity leave, I’ve had to deal with Dr. Mata - she’s rude, condescending, and has no bedside manner whatsoever.

I advise no woman to choose Dr Florian Mata as their dr. This woman was my doctor for over 10 yrs. Shes rude and most times during my visits rushed me through the visit. Cut me off when I was telling her about my health issues. Then I decided to that I will no longer be treated like less than a person and would only see her medical assistants. I cannot remember the name of the assistant, but she treated me like a human being and took the time to hear what was going on with me each visit actually cared about my well-being. Th... read more

Do not go to Aurora Womancare. Dr Mara has a terrible bedside manner although the Nurse Practitioner, Eugenia is wonderful and very compassionate. I called to try and schedule a mammogram bc I'm having breast pain and was told I was dismissed from the practice. I don't owe any money, but I was asked to come in for blood work in May and couldn't make it with my work schedule. So they clearly don't care about women.

I was a patient for a few years there. Recently I started going to nursing school and wasn’t able to do my annual check up on their terms due to being very busy at the beginning of the year and could only do it later in the year. Even after communicating that to them they still chose to terminate me as a patient because I didn’t know my schedule yet with school and couldn’t make the appointment. They obviously don’t really care about their patients and just want the money that comes with the appointments. Would not recommend... read more

I should have read the reviews first but certainly don’t recommend after the terrible customer service.. how do you book an appointment with an old patient then just abruptly call them and say I don’t want to take you back as a patient find somewhere else….after already waiting weeks for the appointment to come. Thank you anyways, will gladly take my business elsewhere.
