They are very kind and helpful
Have been trying to get an appointment for a reinserment for the past 3 weeks 3 times the phone was answered by the machine to let me know there were no appointment. The other times I loose my time from 25 to over an hour on the phone so they can answer and say they don't have appointments. This is unbelievable and people should get to work instead of handling only next day appointments! And half of them sound like they are still in bed!
Called to make a recertification appointment a week out and was disappointed that they are now only offering next day appointments according to the phone rep. (Which are extremely hard to get)
