Front desk was so nice and welcoming, especially that 1 lady who almost screamed “HELLO” at me. It was so sweet, like she knew me from somewhere!! I was confused where I knew her from, but I don’t know her at all. The Tech lady was a Type A personality. Not in a bad way though once you got to know her. I thought she hated me at first. And you don’t want that for your first eye appt, but she was actually quite nice and pleasant!! The Dr Verhaeghe though, I don’t have many nice things to say.
