Great doctor and staff.
Made a call back appt from someone name Lulu . Her voice mail was rude.. called back to talk to someone it took 10 min.to talk . Girl name Amanda was rude. Cant get in till January 15. Well I prefer Prevea well over Aurora. I dont have to wait 2 months for a referral appt. Prevea is so much friendlier & efficient… ty
3 stars for great service. -2 stars for not processing my insurance despite requiring it for all vision center appts. Thanks for stealing $250 from me for a simple eye exam.
