Great and friendly staff. They really take the time to fit you and help you choose glasses and if anything breaks help you out. I really like this facility a lot!
It’s the same old story with the eye doctor Montemurro over book. My wife right now today has been in there for 2 1/2 hours and hasn’t even gotten into the chair yet. I’m pulling her out of here. This is a lot of crap every single time it’s hours on end For the so-called eye doctor. This won’t happen next year because she won’t be coming here
Not sure why others are negative. Best glasses ever thru Kenosha Aurora for both me and my hubby. He has Dr D. I have DrJ. Pleased with everything from Appt Scheduling▪︎ Punctuality▪︎Dr Knowledge▪︎Eyewear selection/ tech help▪︎Cost▪︎
They are at least an hour to 90 mins behind everytime. They don't tell you and their customer service is lacking.
They are not focused on patient satisfaction but rather on ways to raise billing. In my case, although I made an appointment for my annual eye exam , they billed my main insurance (medical concern visit) instead of my visual insurance adding $330 out of pocket. Dealing with their billing department was a nightmare. I will be looking for a new provider and I would suggest avoiding this place. 1 star for their service and 1 for nurse Lauren, who at least tried to assist.
