Angles! My cat fell/ jumped from our 5th floor balcony all the way to ground level. We dont know how long he had been laying on the ground before we found him. He was peeing blood and I panicked. I called 15 other vet/ emergency vet offices trying to find one that would work with me financially since we didnt have the money to pay that moment. No one but here would. They were really kind and sympathetic and worked with us on spreading out payments over the next 8 weeks (plus they didnt charge for every little thing they did ... read more

Not sure I bought a bunny and a couple of days later he got really bad diarreah. I was worried so I took him to the emergency animal hospital. They were kind and good to him, and they didn't charge me full price ($86 was enough), but they sent me home with him and told me he'd be fine. He died overnight. I was heartbroken. Maybe there is no one to blame, but I wish they had either been honest with me about how bad the situation was or something...
