Knowlegeable Doctors Caring Staff I have had pets for many years. I have been going to this clinic for 8 years now. This Clinic and it's Doctors are wonderful. One of my dogs had a serious medical condition and this clinic saved his life. Very caring people providing a lot of little extra touches like your pet's photo on every invoice, a personal postcard pic of your pet when an appointment is due and Forget me Not seeds, a card and a paw print if the sad time comes that your pet needs to be euthanized. great experience! I recently moved to this area and have had 3 experiences with the Aurora Vet Clinic so far; all 3 have been really great. The doctors have been helpful, compassionate, intelligent and informed, and the receptionists have always been polite and helpful. In fact, a receptionist who works there lives in the area I moved from and kindly offered to stop in at my old vet's office to pick up my pets' records. Excellent! I have been taking my pets to The Aurora Veterinary Clinic for over 20 years. In that time, I've had close to 30 (yes, thirty!) pets - (dogs, cats, guninea pigs, whatever!) and the doctors and staff her have always been kind and very knowledgeable. They have helped me through many crises over the years, the most recent being my kitty who was in kidney failure. They helped me care for her with compassion, skill, and kindness. When we lost her (at 23 years of age!) they were there! I would never go anywhere else.
good place I took my cat to this clinic as an emergency after he suffered a serious head trauma. I was able to get in right away to see a vet. The staff was very helpful, and my cat had to go back a few times so I ended up meeting several of the vets, and they were all kind and caring. I would definitely recommend this clinic.
Great People, Great Experience Was here from out-ot-town, and my dog was very sick. They took me in immediately, got my records and took care of everything. They transferred all her information back to my regular vet in Michigan without a hitch. Got great care there. They even called me to see how she was doing.
Didn't like I didn't have a good experience with this clinic. The vets were not at all very nice, and I felt they didn't treat me and my animals well. Seemed to focus more on the money than on my pets.
Would NEVER take my animals here I called this practice, as I was new to the area and trying to find a new vet, and wanted to speak with a vet on staff to see if I felt comfortable with their doctors. The staff member answering the phone told me in confidence that she didn't think the vet had a very good bedside manner, and to top it all off, she said she'd have the vet call me back to chat about being a new patient, and NOBODY EVER CALLED ME.
Nightmare at Aurora Vet, Aurora, OH This was a nightmare! The most horrifying service I have ever encountered in my entire life. Had to take my cat here to be put down bcuz my regular vet had surgerys all day. She (my cat) had a history of kidney problems, and I emptied my entire bank account on this cat, who I thought of as a part of my family. She was my child.
